Certainly a departure from usual models that show the Sun as a static object, which it certainly isn’t

As much as the excuse softens the ego,
and make you look at possibilities as letters just not ready to be sent or received,
Timing is the stoic mail man with mail tucked under his arm
with “RETURN TO SENDER” stamped heavily onto envelopes
left sealed by the ghosts of residents who have already moved out.
It’s not his fault they moved out.
It’s not his fault there are invitations left unopened on the kitchen counter with O-rings from coffee mugs,
He didn’t crumple those letters in the garbage cans.
Timing will find a way to deliver that letter to the one who is meant to read it.

For the meantime, smile at the mail man.
