I finally went to the gym last night! yay! it was awesome, I felt really good after the work out. I didn’t want to push myself too hard so I just jogged 3 miles in 40 minutes with 0-3 incline. I’ll steadily lessen my time and increase my distance. I have two months to train to run 7 miles, each under 12 minutes with san francisco incline. that’s the goal!
